The United States Postal Service and local Postal Customer Councils will join together for events to be held around the country during National PCC Week.  Our local event will be held at Avonworth Community Center on Thursday, September 27.  This annual event provides a venue to communicate the power of mail through educational programs and to celebrate the contributions and successes of PCC’s across the nation.

Attendees will learn about current and future postal initiatives directly from Postmaster General Megan  Brennan via a live videotaped address. In addition, the agenda for the day will include information on an exciting new program called Academic Outreach, an update on Informed Delivery by Susan John, Senior Sales Executive (Shipping), USPS Direct Marketing Specialist, a presentation on Informed Visibility with our BME staff, and closing remarks by acting Western PA USPS District Manager Dave Webster.

Each attendee who participates and is present for all the day’s events will receive a certificate of participation by mail. Please email Mark.A.Mccracken@usps.gov if you have any questions.
